PER CURIAM.

Defendant Howard L. Garrett was convicted after a jury trial of the offenses of bribery, a violation of section 838.015(1), Florida Statutes (1981), and receiving unlawful compensation, a violation of section 838.016(2), Florida Statutes (1981). On appeal he raises eleven points directed to his convictions and sentence. We agree with Garrett that the evidence is legally insufficient to establish that he was guilty of the offenses for which he was convicted...
