Petitioner-appellant, Rickie Cole, appeals the district court's denial, upon remand from this court, of a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254, 654 F.Supp. 74. Cole argues that his confession was involuntarily obtained and was therefore improperly admitted as evidence at his state trial.
