The above-captioned Adversary Proceeding is before the Court on cross motions for summary judgment. The Trustee has objected to proofs of claim filed by a creditor, Hotel Ramada of Nevada, d/b/a Tropicana Hotel and Country Club (hereinafter "Tropicana").
