Defendants move for judgment non obstante veredicto ("JNOV" or "judgment n.o.v.") pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50(b), or in the alternative, for a new trial pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(a). Plaintiff opposes the motion.
