David Struve, as trustee in bankruptcy for State Airlines, Inc. (State Airlines), filed a notice of appeal in three related cases. State Airlines' corporate counsel and appellees moved to dismiss these appeals. This court deferred ruling on the motions to dismiss to this merits panel.
