Juan Jose Sanchez was charged by a single bill of information with (Count I) conspiracy to possess more than four hundred grams of cocaine, a controlled dangerous substance classified in Schedule II (LSA-R.S. 14:26 and 40:967 F), and (Count II) possession of more than four hundred grams of cocaine (LSA-R.S. 40:967 F).
