Officer Harold Robinson, the sole witness at a suppression hearing conducted pursuant to those branches of the defendant's omnibus motion which were to suppress physical evidence and a statement, testified that on April 21, 1984, at approximately 7:00 P.M., he and his partner observed the defendant for a period of about five minutes walking back and forth on the corner of Junction Boulevard...
