This is an appeal from judgments of conviction of one count of first degree criminal sexual conduct, Minn.Stat. §§ 609.342(a) and 609.05 (1982), and one count of third degree criminal sexual conduct, Minn.Stat. §§ 609.344(b) and 609.05 (1982).
