Roosevelt Hollins appeals his conviction by a jury of sexual assault. Hollins pled true to one enhancement paragraph contained in the indictment, and the jury found a second enhancement paragraph to be true. The jury sentenced Hollins to forty years' confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections.
