MORGAN, Justice.

This is an appeal by Keith and Violet Elton (Eltons) from the forfeiture of $3,000 allegedly posted by Eltons on behalf of defendant Wayne Krage (Krage). We affirm.

Krage was indicted by a grand jury in Brown County on two charges relating to the distribution and possession of cocaine. Pursuant to this indictment, Krage was arrested in Montana and returned to Brown County. Bail was set in the amount of $3,000 on each count. As part of the...
