James C. Elerson was convicted of five counts of misconduct involving weapons in the first degree, AS 11.61.200(a)(1) (felon in possession of a concealable firearm), and five counts of theft in the second degree, AS 11.46.130(a)(1) and (2); AS 11.46.190.
