Romney Kriedt Petrovich appeals a series of judgments rendered on June 26 and June 30, 1987 in separation and divorce proceedings instituted by her husband, Luke A. Petrovich.

Mr. Petrovich filed a petition for separation on the grounds of cruel treatment on November 13, 1985. On that same day, the District Court granted Mr. Petrovich's ex parte motion for joint custody of Mr. and Mrs. Petrovich's two daughters, aged 5 and 6. The order...
