Lone Star Dodge, Inc., filed its petition for writ of mandamus in this court, seeking relief from an order by the trial judge granting discovery of numerous documents which Lone Star contends are privileged. The documents in question from the underlying lawsuit concern the investigation of a severe automobile accident which occurred on March 16, 1986, between cars driven by an employee of Lone Star and Timothy Lee Griffin.
