Gunderson cross appeals from that part of the judgment awarding $22,000 to Halldorson and Lepage for $10,000 earnest money paid by them to Gunderson in an unsuccessful effort to purchase his insurance agencies, and for a $12,000 capital contribution by them to the insurance...
