We granted employer Aubrey Silvey Enterprises, Inc. interlocutory review of the denial of its motion for summary judgment in a suit for personal injuries stemming from a collision involving its employee Futrell. The sole basis for any potential liability of the employer is the claim that the collision occurred within the employee's scope of employment.
