David Sylvan Fine applies to this court for admission to the Oregon State Bar. The applicant graduated from the University of Oregon Law School in May 1984 and applied for admission to the Oregon State Bar after passing the bar examination. The Board of Bar Examiners recommended to this court that applicant's admission be denied on the ground that he had failed to show good moral character. Applicant petitioned this court to review that recommendation...
