This appeal concerns the right of a parent in a child neglect case to be heard on a dispositional recommendation submitted to the trial court. The child's father appeals from the court's dispositional order, claiming his right to due process was violated when the court failed to allow him to respond to information contained in a report submitted by the county attorney's office.
