JENNINGS, Judge.

The appellant, Jerry Tharp, was charged with sexual abuse in the first degree. At trial, there was substantial evidence that on August 6, 1985, appellant sexually abused his ten-year-old stepnephew. He was found guilty by a jury and sentenced to five years in prison.

On appeal he argues three points. Because we agree with his first argument, that the trial court erred in admitting evidence of other crimes, we do not reach the other issues...
