Nathan McReynolds was convicted after a jury trial of one count of misconduct involving a controlled substance in the second degree (sale of heroin), in violation of AS 11.71.020. Superior Court Judge Joan M. Katz sentenced McReynolds to an adjusted presumptive term of five years with one year suspended.
