Defendant was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to death upon the jury's finding that defendant had a prior conviction of a felony involving violence, T.C.A. § 39-2-203(i)(2) and that this murder was committed, "for remuneration or the promise of remuneration, or employed another to commit the murder for remuneration or the promise of remuneration," T.C.A. §...
