After a jury trial in the Superior Court, the defendant, Robert Aguiar, was found guilty of murder in the first degree, and of unlawfully carrying a firearm.1 The defendant's motion for required findings of not guilty, filed at the close of the Commonwealth's case and renewed at the close of all the evidence, was denied.
