The debtor, 6200 Ridge, Inc., filed a voluntary petition under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on October 31, 1986. Two weeks later, on November 13, 1986, Continental Bank ("Continental"), the holder of the second mortgage on the real property located at 6200-06 Ridge Avenue, filed a motion for relief from stay.
