This is an appeal of plaintiff-appellant Gerald D. Grasmick's products liability and negligence claims against defendant-appellee, Otis Elevator Company. Mr. Grasmick appeals the trial court's partial directed verdict which removed the issue of Otis' negligence from the jury's consideration.
