This matter comes to the Court on an appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court denying a discharge to the debtors under § 727(a)(4) for making false oaths in connection with their bankruptcy case. For the following reasons, judgment is affirmed with regard to Debtor Darrell Wessels and is reversed with regard to Debtor Elaine Wessels.
