This is an action to recover the balance of the purchase price of plaintiff's interest in a dental practice based on an alleged oral agreement between plaintiff and defendant. Defendant denies that the parties entered into this agreement and asserts as an affirmative defense that any agreement is within the Statute of Frauds and unenforceable.
