This case comes before the court on the defendants' motion for summary judgment. The defendants argue that the statute of limitations bars certain counts in the plaintiff's amended complaint and, otherwise, that the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act precludes the plaintiff's action. Although the court rejects defendants plea of the statute of limitations, it upholds the argument based on the Workers' Compensation Act...
