DUFRESNE, Judge.

The defendant, Cyrus Broadhurst, was charged by bill of information with attempted unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling in violation of R.S. 14:27 and 14:62.3. Initially the defendant entered a plea of not guilty and then withdrew his plea and entered a plea of guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced the defendant to two years without hard labor, suspended and five years active probation with special conditions.1
