PER CURIAM.

The people appeal from the January 24, 1986, order of the Wayne Circuit Court suppressing evidence against defendant, Darrell Eugene Nesbitt. We reverse.

At an evidentiary hearing held on January 15, 1986, John Axel Hlinak testified that he was employed as a Romulus police officer on November 11, 1985.
