Mark Wayne Clark appeals from his conviction for first degree murder while armed with a firearm. Clark challenges a warrantless search of his belongings, a pretrial photo identification, testimony by a key state witness pursuant to an immunity agreement, and the admission of evidence of prior "bad acts."
