Plaintiffs, Clifford and Goldie Barton (Bartons), sued defendant, Richard Snellson (Snellson), for personal injuries. After a hearing, the trial court granted Snellson's motion to enforce a settlement agreement and dismissed the Bartons' action. The Bartons appeal. We affirm.
