Appellee, a general contractor, performed certain remodeling work on appellant's house. Appellee subsequently filed an action on account to recover for labor, materials, overhead and profit. Appellant answered, denying the account, and counterclaimed, alleging damages for appellee's failure to complete the work and his unworkmanlike performance. The trial court entered judgment for appellee in the sum of $8,318.15 and dismissed appellant's counterclaim...
