THORNBERRY, Circuit Judge:

Appellant Thomas Earl Davis was convicted of violating 18 U.S.C. § 922(h), which makes unlawful the possession of certain firearms by a person convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for more than one year. Davis appeals, contending that improper jury argument by the prosecutor impaired his right to a fair trial.
