Presently before the court is an appeal by the Secured Noteholders ("the Noteholders") of the Bankruptcy Court's Order dated March 3, 1987, which authorized the Debtors to use their cash collateral and denied the Noteholders' motion for relief from stay, 71 B.R. 376 (Bankr.E.D.Pa.1987). For the reasons stated herein, the Order of the Bankruptcy Court appealed from will be affirmed...
