In April 1980, Utah Farm Production Credit Association (PCA) sued Milo W. Watts and Cleown W. Watts (Wattses) and Buford L. Gregory and Elizabeth A. Gregory (Gregorys) for payment of three promissory notes signed by the Wattses and the Gregorys and to foreclose a mortgage securing repayment of the notes. The other defendants have claims against a portion of the mortgaged property. PCA also sought payment of an unsecured promissory note executed...
