This action was originally filed in state court by the State of Oregon on relation of Wendy Roberts, Commissioner of the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (Commissioner), to recover unpaid wages for about 350 former employees of Mushroom King. Defendants Citicorp Industrial Credit, Inc. (CIC) and Mushroom King, Inc., removed it to this court. The state moves for dismissal and remand or, in the alternative, it seeks abstention...
