This appeal is from a judgment rendered in the Circuit Court of Platte County, Missouri, in favor of William and Doris Porter, plaintiffs-respondents, and against Gregory Fitch, defendant, and Raymond Page, defendant-appellant, for damages arising from a trespass to realty and the destruction of an oak tree.
