This appeal arises from the dismissal of plaintiff's suit against Wayne County General Hospital. Defendant moved for summary disposition of the complaint against it on the ground that it was immune from suit on plaintiff's claims.

In his complaint, plaintiff alleges that while he was a patient at Wayne County General Hospital his roommate assaulted him; that defendant failed to properly train its employees; that, knowing of plaintiff's assailant...
