In this criminal case, the appellant was convicted by a jury of rape and burglary, and was sentenced to twenty-two years and five years respectively. On appeal, the appellant argues that the trial court erred in refusing to disqualify the prosecuting attorney's office from trying the case. We find no error and we affirm.
