We have before us, following a non-jury trial, the question of whether plaintiff is entitled to recover income loss benefits under the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law, Act of Feb. 12, 1984, P.L. 26, 75 Pa.C.S. § 1701 et seq.
