DUDLEY, Justice.

Appellant was convicted of promotion of obscene material under Ark.Stat.Ann. § 41-3585.2 (Supp.1985). He argues five points of appeal, but since none of the points involves the sufficiency of the evidence, we need not recite the facts. We affirm the conviction.

Appellant's first point is that the material statute, § 41-3585.2, is void for vagueness under the Free Speech and Due Process provisions of the first and fourteenth amendments...
