Lucy Ford, the prevailing party in this litigation, moves for attorneys' fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d)(1)(A) (Supp. III 1985). For the following reasons, her motion will be allowed. The Secretary does not dispute any aspect of Ford's fee petition except for the hourly rate sought for Ford's attorney John M. Bouman.
