Plaintiff, the personal representative of the estate of Rodney Vining, deceased, filed the instant action alleging that defendant was negligent when its police officers gave chase to a vehicle driven by plaintiff's decedent, fired shots at the vehicle and caused the vehicle to collide with a telephone pole.
