On or about April 3, 1987, defendant George Dolecal, Director of the New York Division for Youth's Oliverio Youth Camp [Dolecal], moved for summary judgment or partial summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (Items 48 and 49).
