This is a land condemnation case involving property being taken by the United States Government, pursuant to its power of eminent domain, to establish the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. The United States seeks title to 0.88 acres, more or less, of the defendants' land. The subject tract, which is adjacent to the current boundaries of the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park ("SBD"), is known as "Casey's Corners...
