Appellant Osvaldo Gonzalez was found guilty of first degree burglary, attempted criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, assault in the second degree, and criminal sexual conduct in the second degree. He was sentenced to concurrent prison terms of 24 months for first degree burglary, 21 months for criminal sexual conduct in the second degree, and 72 months for attempted criminal...
