Lynn Wilmoth has appealed from an order denying a Rule 37 petition alleging that his plea of guilty to four counts of sexual abuse was involuntary, the product of mental duress and coercion. Lynn Wilmoth and Dr. Robert Thompson were jointly charged with twenty-one counts of deviate sexual activity with Lynn Wilmoth's son, Terry.
