Shirley Gentile, administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Thomas Gentile, brought suit against her late husband's employer to recover damages for the employer's alleged failure to offer her decedent an opportunity to participate in employee group life and health insurance. The employer, Miller, Stevenson & Steinichen, Inc. was granted summary judgment and Gentile appeals.
