Plaintiff appeals from an order granting summary judgment in his medical malpractice action against Dr. Ian Knight, Dr. Thomas Broderick and St. Joseph's Hospital. Subsequent to the court's dismissal of plaintiff's complaint, the trial court allowed plaintiff to supplement the record by filing an expert's affidavit.
