TERRY, Associate Judge:

Appellants were charged in a thirteen-count indictment with armed kidnapping, armed rape, and related offenses. The charges were based on two separate incidents occurring ten days apart. A jury found both appellants guilty as charged on ten of the thirteen counts, and guilty of lesser included offenses under the other three. After one of the armed kidnapping verdicts was set aside by the court,1 judgments of conviction...
