SEARS, Justice.

This is an original mandamus action by which Relator Brown & Root U.S.A., Inc., seeks relief from orders entered by Judge Louis M. Moore of the 281st District Court of Harris County. The orders compel Mr. Jayme Peper, a claims representative for Relator's compensation carrier, to answer deposition questions and produce witness statements that Relator believes to be either privileged or exempt from discovery.
